All Guitars Are Hand-Selected By Our Certified Technicians
All guitars are thoroughly inspected by our trained technicians and follow our rigorous and uniform setup process.
After an initial inspection for any cosmetic or craftsmanship flaws all hand selected guitars are put through the following process:
- Clean and condition fingerboard as needed. Oil Acoustic bridge as needed.
- Check level/crown/polish of all frets at all points.
- Check fret ends for comfort, file as needed.
- Tighten all hardware including tuners, strap buttons, jacks, pots, knobs, etc.
- Check strings for freshness, replace as needed.
- Inspect truss rod for functionality and lubricate as needed.
- Adjust for optimal playability.
- Inspect nut slot and modify as needed for appropriate first fret height.
- Adjust string height in respect to fingerboard radius respecting factory specifications.
- Modify notches in ABR style bridges for radius as needed.
- Modify acoustic guitar saddle as needed.
- Adjust tremolo system as needed for proper functionality
- Inspect all electronics for functionality.
- Inspect all solder joints and reflow as necessary.
- Strobe tune and stretch strings.
- Strobe intonation.
- Rest guitar and check all adjustments.
- Final clean and polishInspect and clean case as needed
