When will my order ship?
In most cases we can ship the same day if order is received before 1 p.m. EST. Special Orders, Hand Selected items and certain circumstances (unable to contact customer) may prevent item from shipping same day.
How do I make a return?
At Russo Music we want you to be happy with your purchase, if for some reason you are not please email Estore@russomusic.com to obtain an Return Authorization from one of the members of our staff.
When will my card be charged?
This varies depending on the circumstance, most times we will charge you card upon shipment of item. This does not apply to Special Orders and Hand Selected items.
Free Shipping Policy
- Offer is valid in the contiguous United States only.
- Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses do not qualify.
- Offer not valid on items purchased with a PO (purchase order).
- Ineligible items include special orders and oversized or overweight products.
- If you return your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund or credit.
- This offer may not be combined with other offers or discounts
- 30 days from shipment from Russo date.
- No returns on Special orders, software, personal items, used or consignment items.
- Any returns that are received in different condition that is was shipped will be subject to restocking fees which Russo Music will determine.
- Any item returned without RA# will receive restocking fee to be determined by Russo Music. Please email Estore@russomusic.com for RA #.
- Refunds will issued within 14 business days of received return.
Charges made to a credit card will be refunded, less freight, handling and any reconditioning charges, to the same credit card. Payments made by check will be refunded with a check, after sufficient time has passed for your original check to completely clear through the banking system.
Consignments and Use Policy
No used or consignment items may be returned, all sales are final.
Price Match Policy
If you find a lower price during the exchange and return period, we will match that price. Must be an authorized dealer and must be an advertised price.
Instrument Rental Return Policy
If you wish to return your Instrument and cancel your lease with Russo Muslc Center, it is extremely important to do the following:
DO NOT LEAVE THE INSTRUMENT AT YOUR CHILD'S SCHOOL WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM. RUSSO MUSIC CENTER WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INSTRUMENT LEFT AT SCHOOL WITHOUT THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM.
- In order to obtaln a Return Authorlzatlon Form please call Russo Muslc Center. You may call for an RA form 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week at (609) 888-0620 ext. 333, where you will be directed to an automated voicemail. Please leave your name, home phone number, address, the school your child attends and your account number. Your account number is the first four letters of the parent's last name (or whoever assumed the billing responsibility) and the last four digits of your home phone number.
- If you wish to speak with a representative, please call Monday through Friday, 10 am to 4:30 p.m. and ask to be directed to the Rental Department. You may also request an RA Form by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. The Return Authorlzatlon form will be malled to your home. After obtaining the Return Authorlzatlon form, place it half way In the Instrument case and return the Instrument to your child's muslc teacher. These Instructions will also be printed on the actual RA Form. The RA Form can be downloaded here.
- The Lessee assumes sole responsibility for obtaining a return authorlzatlon form. In the event your Instrument is left at school without followlng the proper procedure the lessee assumes full responsibility for any damages or for the disappearance of an Instrument. Failure to follow the aforementioned Instructions is considered a direct violation of your lease agreement, In which case the lessee will be responsible for the full value of the Instrument as stated in your rental contract.
- You may cancel your lease at any time, however do keep In mind as stated In your Rental Contract, there are no refunds for the early termination of a lease.
- If you do not wish to leave your Instrument at your child's school for pick up, you do have the option of returning it to our store location.
*PLEASE NOTE - If you came to Russo Muslc Center to get your Instrument at the time of the Initial lease, you MUST return your Instrument to Russo Muslc Center. Russo Muslc Center does not offer school pIck-ups on IN-STORE leases. Also, when returning your Instrument to the store, please he sure to get a signed receipt of your return.
