Mahogany forms the rest of the double cut SG silhouette, allowing for a robust and resonant tone that is applicable to a wide array of genres and styles. Further extending the quality Prophecy build is a one-piece maple neck featured in a fast, fluid Hyperglide profile, strengthened by graphite rods for prolonged reliability. Affixed to the neck is an ebony fingerboard with a 10-14" compound radius, featuring stainless steel frets and block inlays for a touch of practical elegance.

Further appointments set up this Prophecy SG for modern greatness. A through-body tailpiece leads to a black nickel LockTone Modern bridge, ensuring precise lows, exciting highs, rich sustain, and an intonation that never falters. Additionally, the Graph Tech nut and locking Grover Rotomatic tuning machines promise perfect pitches through every lengthy gig and recording session. However, the real star of the show is a set of Fishman Fluence active humbucker pickups. These pickups offer stellar articulation and a balanced tonality, each being sonically sculpted by dedicated volume and tone controls. For more tonal options, volume knobs are outfitted with push/pull mechanisms to active coil-splitting modes, while the tone knobs feature the same mechanisms to change voicing modes, resulting in tones ranging from high-output humbucking, clear single-coil sweetness, and anything in between.

Fundamental for players who crave a full tonal spectrum, the Epiphone Prophecy SG is here to deliver.

Figured veneer maple top with Obsidian Storm Satin finish

Double cutaway mahogany body

One-piece maple neck in Hyperglide profile

Ebony fingerboard with stainless steel frets and block inlays

LockTone Modern bridge and Grover locking Rotomatic tuning machines

Fishman Fluence humbucker pickups with coil-splitting and voicing control

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1210/3886/files/EYSFOSSBH-epiphone-prophecy-sg-electric-guitar-obsidian-storm-satin-1.png?v=1790872396
