The body's top is bound and finished with era appropriate nickel hardware, cream plastics, and gold top hat control knobs. A matched pair of covered Custombucker Alnico 4 pickups offer authentic P.A.F humbucking power and sound. The Custombuckers are wired to 2 volume and tone controls as well as a 3-way switch for tonal exploration.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt's mahogany neck is carved to an Authentic 1959 profile and is affixed into the body in the traditional set-neck design. Its long neck tenon construction allows for outstanding resonation and sustain, making the guitar sing. Its neck is topped with a 12-inch bound rosewood fingerboard with cellulose trapezoid inlays.
