This Silver Sky features a color inspired by one of Mayer's most cared-for collections. Sandglow Yellow, a color taken from Mayer's vintage Land Rover Defender 4x4 collection, is wrapped around this classic double-cutaway's body and asymmetric headstock.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePRS sets off with this Silver Sky with a classic pick of flat top-carved alder. This double-cutaway shape features carefully contoured edges for a comfortable, modern feel under the arm. The guitar's bolt-on maple neck assumes a slim, comfortable 635 JM-R profile that differs subtly from the original JM neck with slight shoulder shaping to more easily fit the palm.
