Description

The Martin D-X2E 12-String is an evolution of the Martin D12X1AE. Taking a Dreadnought shape and featuring a Sitka spruce top with figured high-pressure laminate band and sides, the D-X2E is an impressive guitar both audibly and aesthetically. The sound transfer of the 12-string D-X2E is improved in this latest iteration with a select hardwood neck, fingerboard, and bridge for responsive and resonant sounds. Full and clear Martin tones are easily translated from practice to performance with a Fishman MX electronics system while a soft gig bag ensures easy travels and protection. The Martin D-X2E 12 String is a distinguished and impressive guitar ready for any style of player or performance.
