PRS SE NF3 Electric Guitar, Maple Fretboard, Ice Blue Metallic

The PRS SE NF3 lands in the SE series as a new kind of guitar on a different level of accessibility. Bringing to the forefront refined hardware appointments and groundbreaking electronics, this SE series entry matches players with an innovative PRS experience.

At its baseline, the PRS SE NF3 keeps things easily handled with a double-cutaway poplar body. PRS’s Flat Top carve bevels the body excellently for a streamlined feel in hand. Meeting up with a bolt-on maple neck in a PRS Wide Thin profile, the basic shape of this guitar, body and neck in hand, is smooth and ready for quick playing. A maple fingerboard lands on this model with twenty-two frets. Featuring those iconic PRS Birds fret inlays, this maple is a classic choice for PRS guitars and is sure to inspire extended playing sessions across the 25-inch scale length.

As for its sound, the SE NF3 contibutes something new to the SE series of guitars. Three Narrowfield DD (Deep Dish) “S” pickups are loaded into the NF3 to summon a colorful spectrum of excellent tones. These pickups, outfitted with taller bobbins to allow for extra magnet winds, produce a more focused, powerful tone for anyone to utilitze in their own setup of amp and gear. With a five-way selector switch, these pickups invite tonal exploration previously unseen in the PRS SE series family of guitars.

Along with PRS’s breakthroughs in electronics, additional PRS hardware appointments land on the SE NF3 for that reliable PRS playing experience. A classic PRS patented tremolo bridge arrives on this model to pair stability with expressive vibrato bends. In addition, PRS-designed tuners adorn this guitar's headstock to fully solidify the intonation and tuning experiences. Across the entire scale of this guitar, one is sure to find rock-solid tonality and tuning accuracy thanks to this pair of PRS-designed appointments.

The PRS SE NF3 drops in for players seeking a new avenue for tonal exploration in the SE series. Accessible, playable and reliable, it's yet another PRS hitmaker.
