Description
The Sterling StingRay Plus offers players the iconic StingRay design at affordable price without compromising on specs. Built to perform, this StingRay is constructed from a solid poplar body and bolt-on roasted maple neck. This tonewood pairing delivers a well-rounded sound with tight low-end and clear top end. The neck is topped with a rosewood finerboard with 22 frets and small block inlays. Its body and headstock face sport a timeless Seafoam Green finish.
Loaded in the neck and bridge positions, a set of P-90s offer vintage-inspired sound with a well defined mid-range. Played clean, they sound full and spongy; hit it with some dirt and its raw, aggressive tone will stand out in any mix. Its control set features a push/pull volume boost, master tone, and 3-way position switch. Strings are loaded through the vintage tremolo bridge and are tuned to pitch with the locking tuners.
