Description
This Fender Signature Series Eric Clapton was hand crafted in Corona, California in 2008. This particular guitar was part of a Custom Shop run done with a "Thin Skin" Nitro Lacquer finish over the body and neck. The instrument is constructed from a Alder body and Maple neck/fingerboard. The pickguard is loaded with 3 Vintage Style Noiseless pickups. Controls feature 1 master volume, 1 master tone control, and 1 active boost The second tone control functions as an active mid-boost control. Turning it clockwise boosts mid and bass frequencies while decreasing treble frequencies. The guitar is finished in a sleek Pewter finish.
This Fender Signature Eric Clapton Stratocaster is in excellent condition and was well taken care of by its original owner. The guitar comes with its original vintage tweed inspired case, Fender Custom Shop COA, strap, and original case candy.
