For the first time ever, Gibson is utilizing Alnico 8 magnets in their pickups for modern players seeking higher gain and punch - introducing the ELEV8 Rhythm Humbucker. This neck pickup was specially designed with Alnico 8 magnets and custom-gauge wiring to deliver a tighter low-end responsive and a variety of high-gain tones while retaining articulation and clarity. The pickups outputs 10k and features 4-conductor wiring, double black bobbins, and is wax potted.
