Description
Every once in a while, Fender does a special run of limited-edition ’68 Custom Pro Reverb Amplifiers and we eagerly look forward to getting our hands on them. This FSR brings two standout upgrades — a sleek Pewter finish and a powerful Celestion Redback 12" speaker — giving the amp a new look and a bolder voice while preserving everything players love about the original.
Building on the success of the ’68 Custom Series, the ’68 Custom Pro Reverb delivers that unmistakable Fender sparkle and vintage grit, fine-tuned for the needs of contemporary guitarists. Its 40-watt all-tube design drives rich, dimensional cleans that take pedals beautifully, while the modified Pro Reverb circuitry and reduced negative feedback add dynamic touch sensitivity and a more open feel.
A single-channel layout keeps things simple and stage-ready, with controls for Bright, Volume, Treble, Middle, Bass, Reverb, Speed, and Intensity. The tube-driven spring reverb and authentic Fender tremolo bring lush, vintage-style depth to any performance, from clean chime to saturated blues crunch.
This ’68 Custom Pro Reverb is both a tone machine and a collector’s piece, built for players who crave boutique Fender heritage with a modern edge.
