Clapton’s choice for acoustic guitar strings. Phosphor bronze is made up of 92% copper and 8% tin for a warmer, balanced response than typical 80/20 bronze strings. 92/8 phosphor bronze is also a more corrosion resistant due to the trace amounts of phosphorus in the alloy. Lighter gauge strings are great for delicate playing styles, lots of bends, and more novice players.
