Description
Martin phosphor bronze strings are comprised of 92% copper and 8% tin for a warmer, balanced response than you'd get with typical 80/20 bronze strings. 92/8 phosphor bronze is also a more corrosion resistant due to the trace amounts of phosphorus in the alloy. Lighter gauge strings are an excellent option for light-handed playing styles, younger/novice players, and playing with lots of bends.
