The EarthQuaker Devices Special Cranker is a pedal for enjoying the little things in life - a cool breeze, chirping birds, Silicon and Germanium diode clipping structures, you know, the little things.
The Special Cranker is EQD's all-analog discrete distortion enhancement device. In short, this pedal gives your signal a loving kick with boost and grit without overwhelming your overall sound, essentially, making you sound like you. The power chords will have the rugged throw you’re looking for, while the single notes will stay rich, making sure the essence of your tones is maintained.
The pedal's intuitive interface and dual-mode diode setup offer a wide range of sounds compatible with a vast array of tones and rigs.
