While not a direct emulation of Jerry Garcia’s iconic tones, the Samson ’78 is a pedal full of glowing gain and bluesy breakup. Handmade in Casco, Maine, each Samson ’78 is individually built and stamped, so variations in appearance are possible. However, the sounds produced from the Samson ’78 are universally creative and cool with great tonal character and a unique vintage voice.
