Refreshed in the all-new American Professional Series, the Fender American Professional Stratocaster is an icon in its time and any other. This flagship entry in the Fender canon and their refreshed American Professional series carries with it some foundational pillars of the series while making a name for itself among its many American Professional brethren and within the greater Strat legacy.

The Fender American Professional Stratocaster is an instant-classic in the American Professional series. Classic Fender features found throughout coalesce with fresh innovations sure to welcome in new players with modern considerations at the helm. Everything here starts – as many great Strats before it have – with a double-cutaway Stratocaster body made from alder. This iconic Fender tonewood serves as an excellent "square one" for the whole experience with a light and resonant sonic base to build off of. A gloss finish wraps this iconic shape to stand out onstage through a 3-Color Sunburst shade.

Just as timeless as its alder body, this American Professional model brings on a maple neck in a Deep "C" profile. This smooth "C" shape enables quick moves from lower to higher registers along with Fender's "Super-Natural" satin finish. Matching its feel on the fingers, a rosewood fingerboard lands with this American Professional model with rolled edges. Supremely smooth when playing at every register, the Strat's sculpted neck heel presents seamless access to higher frets for soloing. Twenty-two Narrow Tall frets offer comfort and articulation in equal measures while a modern 9.5" fingerboard radius keeps power chords and note bends equally accessible.

Sonically, this American Professional Strat comes to life with a classic electronics setup. Three V-Mod III Stratocaster single-coil pickups line up with this American Professional to deliver the iconic sparkle and snap Strat single-coils have become famous for. These single-coils are sculpted through the American Professional's ClassicGear Precision potentiometers. Specially tuned to offer consistent control and custom shaping, these pots elevate the classic Strat single-coil experience exponentially.

This American Professional's musical experience is backed up by a number of sturdy hardware specifications. First, an upgraded two-point tremolo bridge lands at the base of the 25.5" scale with a cold-rolled steel block and new ClassicGear Radial bent-steel saddles. Meant for absolute accuracy and stability in vibrato bends, this tremolo bridge keeps playability reliable and seamless. Toward the headstock, a bone nut and cast/sealed staggered tuning machines keep stringing smooth and intonation sturdy. The American Professional Stratocaster travels with an included deluxe molded hardshell case.

A classic in every right, the Stratocaster rides into the sunset once again in the American Professional series.
