Description
The world-famous Fender Custom Shop produces some of the most sonically stellar and aesthetically outstanding instruments available today. With each guitar being a true one of a kind, every Fender Custom Shop guitar we see come through our shops is an impressive combination of sight and sound.
This Fender Custom Shop '64 Mustang is constructed with an alder body and AA Flame Maple neck in a 60 Style Oval "C" profile. The offset body of this Mustang has been completed with a Fender Custom Shop "New Old Stock" finish treatment. Its AAA rosewood fingerboard features twenty-two frets and Vintage Clay fret inlays. A matching painted Shell Pink headstock and racing stripe top off this Mustang visually. Tonally, two hand-wound '67 Mustang pickups produce the clarity and snap Fender single-coils have been made famous for. This Fender Custom Shop '64 Mustang invites players in for a smooth trip of offset excellence.
