This MIJ Fender Kurt Cobain Mustang is a small guitar with a huge punch. It is based off a vintage Mustang, with period correct specs such as Fender's Dynamic Vibrato bridge, individual pickup selection switches, vintage style tuners, and a gloss back maple neck.

Cobain's Mustangs were equipped with bridge position humbuckers in place of the Fender single coil. The Artist series features a Seymour Duncan SH-4 JB direct mounted to the body.

For such a typically considered unbalanced pickup set, the single coil and Duncan humbucker sound excellent run together - in or out of phase.
