We here at Russo Music offer Free Shipping on all orders over 9.99*.
*Exceptions: These orders must be placed on Russomusic.com and be within the continental U.S. Some manufacturers do not allow free shipping. To learn more, visit our Manufacturer Exclusion page. Additionally, due to the size, any item over 100 pounds do not qualify for free shipping.
Shipping Process
Processing Time: All orders placed usually ship within 1-2 business days. For guitars and similar instruments, a full inspection and set-up is done before shipment to guarantee the best playability which may delay the shipment slightly.
Method: Orders placed through our website will ship via FedEx Ground, USPS Priority or First class mail. If you have a special request for shipping please reach out to us Here.
Tracking: Once an order is shipped, you will updated with tracking information via E-mail. The tracking will also be updated on your Russo Music account here on the website.
