Description
The enduring legacy of the Fender Jazz Bass continues with the Fender Vintera II '60s Jazz Bass. Finished in classic Lake Placid Blue with 3-ply Mint Green pickguard, this Jazz Bass is a perfect fit for fans of vintage Fender sound and style.
The Jazz Bass speaks for itself in its decades and careers-spanning history. For the player who wants a vintage-style J at a modest price, look to Fender's Ensenada, Mexico facility for a standard production model instrument sparing no expense to detail for a vintage-inspired playing experience.
Vintera II '60s Jazz Bass guitars begin with an Alder body with Gloss Polyester finish, Maple neck with Gloss Urethane finish, slab Rosewood fingerboard with 21 Vintage Tall frets, white dot fingerboard inlays, a 4-Saddle Vintage-Style with Threaded Steel Saddles, Vintage-style open back tuners, and Disc string tree.
Delivering the iconic sound of the Jazz bass on the Vintera II model are a pair of Fender Vintage Style '60s Jazz Bass single coil pickups, each with their own volume control and a shared master tone.
