This 1966-1967 Gibson Melody maker comes in the striking Pelham Blue finish that has aged to a nice green over the last 50+ years. The checking in the finish is wide and complements the contours of the SG body shape. The Gibson single coil pickups deliver a bright and thick punch both in the neck and bridge position. The neck profile is a Slim Tapered "D" shape that is quite thin from the 1st to 5th fret. This guitar comes with its original chipboard case.
This Gibson Melody Maker is in very good condition. The Pelham Blue finish has aged to a beautiful green with lots of wide and clean checking. The hardware is in great shape with no pitting or rust. This Melody Maker is missing the truss rod cover, otherwise this guitar is all original.
