Gibson Slash "Jessica" Les Paul Standard Electric Guitar, Honey Burst/Red Back w/Case

This Gibson Slash "Jessica" Les Paul Standard is a reimagined recreation of the legendary guitar played by Guns n' Roses" Slash since 1988. Originally a factory second, this guitar became Slash's main stage instrument, cementing its place as a special guitar in the history of Gibson. 

The Slash "Jessica" Les Paul Standard features mahogany body with a striking three-piece plain maple top. A Honey Burst finish on the top means the grain of the maple is a point of focus, and is contrasted by the red sides and back, separated by a thin piece of binding.

Among the vintage-inspired specs of this Les Paul are its mahogany neck, which features a '50s Vintage profile that's reminiscent of original Les Paul necks. The neck is paired with an Indian rosewood fingerboard, topped with 22 medium-jumbo frets and acrylic Trapezoid inlays.

"Jessica" comes loaded with a pair of Custom Burstbuckers with Alnico 2 magnets, hand-wired to Orange Drop capacitors. These pickups offer a unique take on Slash's signature tone, controlled by a classic Les Paul control scheme of 2 Volume controls, and 2 Tone controls.

In the hardware department, this Slash "Jessica" Les Paul Standards features an aluminum Nashville Tune-O-Matic bridge, an aluminum stop bar, chrome-plated Vintage Deluxe tuning machines with Keystone buttons, and gold Top Hat knobs, although we know that no top hat could ever take the place of the one on Slash's head. 

This Les Paul Standard comes complete with a hard case.
