For its Mk.2 version, JAM revisited the Wahcko's original design with a fine-tooth comb. Everything with the Wahcko centers around a custom-designed JAM inductor inspired by vintage TDK inductors – the kind you'd find in vintage 1960s CryBaby and Vox wah circuits. Part of where the experience takes off is with the Wahcko Mk.2's refined six-position Sweep control to fix the pedal's frequencies to best suit your specific amp, guitar, and playing style. This unique feature is readymade for wah enthusiasts to let the Wahcko Mk.2 fit like a glove.

New to the Wahcko, internal dipswitches allow for dedicated configuration for either guitars or basses. A position designed to extend the pedal's sweep to better cover lower-registered instruments makes the Wahcko Mk.2 ready to step up for bassists as easily as guitarists. An internal Q trimmer offers up control of the intensity of the wah response while the Mk.1's original internal gain trimmer is back in its updated version. Standard power supplies bring the Wahcko Mk.2 to life, though a nine-volt battery connection is available also.
