Fresh in from The Martin Custom Shop in Nazareth, Pennsylvania is this eye opening, jaw dropping, drop dead gorgeous 00-14F. Seriously, take another look. This Custom Shop sloped shoulder, 14 fret grand concert style guitar features premium craftsmanship and unbeatable playability. A beautiful Adirondack Spruce top is paired with a sinker mahogany back and sides with an eye popping East Indian Rosewood binding in between. Adirondack spruce responses extremely well to a player’s touch, and offers rich overtones and a dynamic feel. The preserved sinker mahogany was pulled from a river in Belize, and after years of being preserved under the silt and other fresh water goodies, brings a touch of extra clarity and warmth.
This guitar is an absolute dream to play. At a scale length of 24.840’, its full thickness, smooth satin neck plays effortlessly. It’s striking East Indian Rosewood fretboard features old style 18 fingerboard pearl inlay and meets the head stock at a 16’ radius bone nut. The headstock on this beauty has the classic golden era decal, and golden age 2517-RN open back tuners to top it off.
If you’re looking for a truly unique tone, sound, and feel, pay us a visit and check out this 00-14F for yourself. You won’t regret it.
