The guitar features a top of Adirondack spruce that complements the expert-selected wild grain East Indian rosewood back and sides, achieving a visually arresting aesthetic and a sonically balanced tone. The resonance of the body is maintained by "Golden Era" scalloped X-bracing made of 1/4" Adirondack spruce, facilitating uninhibited top vibration whilst fortifying structural integrity.

Drawing from the elegance of traditional design, the Martin OM-28 Adirondack guitar features a staple of the 28-style—gorgeous abalone long pattern Diamonds and Squares inlays, gracing the dark, black ebony fingerboard.
