This D-18 features period-accurate hide glue construction and an Authentic 1939 Rearward-Shifted X-Brace bracing pattern to replicate design you would only find with an original 1930s model. A solid Adirondack spruce top is paired with solid genuine mahogany back and sides to construct the D-14 fret-shaped body. This combination of woods is joined by a solid black ebony fingerboard for a traditional feel in hand. An Authentic 1939 mahogany neck barrel and heel fills your grip firmly as you hold this D-18 in your arms.
