Martin GPC16E Mahogany 16 Series Acoustic-Electric Guitar, Natural w/Gigbag

The Martin GPC-16E acoustic-electric guitar is a member of the 16 Series, a collection known for its balance of affordability and quality. While it doesn't boast the rich history of some other Martin lines, the GPC-16E carves its own niche with a comfortable playing experience and a sound that blends classic Martin character with modern performance capabilities.

The GPC-16E features a Grand Performance body shape. This popular design offers a comfortable playing experience that sits between the smaller 000 and the larger Dreadnought body styles. The GPC-16E’s body is constructed with a Sitka spruce top and select hardwood back and sides. Its neck features a Modified Low Oval profile, and is topped with a smooth ebony fingerboard, offering a total of a 25.4-inch scale length. The fingerboard features a sixteen-inch radius and twenty frets. 

The GPC-16E comes equipped with a Fishman Matrix VT Enhance NT2 electronics system. This system is known for its accurate sound reproduction and ease of use, with controls mounted in the soundhole for discreet, easy access. The controls include volume, treble, and bass, for a versatile plugged-in experience. 

This guitar boasts a gloss finish on its spruce top, and the back and sides have a satin finish for a more understated look and a comfortable feel against the player’s body. It comes with an included gigbag for secure transport.
