Martin Standard Series 0-17 Concert Acoustic Guitar, Dark Mahogany Natural

Small but mighty, Martin's smallest full size guitar model returns to the Standard Series with this Martin Standard Series 0-17 Concert Acoustic Guitar. Offering players a smaller, shorter scale style guitar, the 0-17 offers a more intimate, comfortable feel with a balanced frequency range – particularly exciting for fingerstyle players.

The 0-14-fretter is constructed from a mahogany top, back, and sides. The top receives a dark mahogany finish for enhanced style and to show off its unique grain pattern. The body is stylized further with a multi-strip rosette and a faux tortoise pickguard. Supporting the top, golden era scalloped x-bracing completes the body; providing structure while allowing the body to resonate freely. Its neck meets the body at the 14th fret using Martin's traditional dovetail neck joint. The neck is expertly carved to a Golden Era Modified Low Oval profile with a high-performance neck taper. The neck is topped with an ebony fingerboard, 20 frets, and finished with abalone diamond/square inlays.

Strings are loaded into GE modern belly drop-in saddle bridge and capped with bridge pins before making their way to the bone nut and are tuned to pitch with the nickel open gear tuning machines. The headstock's East Indian rosewood headplate displays the Martin logo in the script old style font. Complete with a hardshell case, the 0-17 can be stored at home or travel securely.
