Introducing the PRS Limited Edition Custom 24 with a natural quilt artist top. The Custom 24 has been cherished by players, collectors, and artists for decades since its first appearance at the 1985 Winter NAMM show with its exceptional craftsmanship, playability, and sound.

The Custom 24 gets its double cutaway silhouette from a solid mahogany body capped by a natural quilt artist top – a violin profile carved to perfection. A tonewood pairing used for decades, the Custom 24 offers a timeless voice with a full frequency range of sound to explore. The body boats a set of PRS DMO humbucking pickups – Dynamic, Musical, and Open, these pickups were personally designed by Paul Reed Smith for a vintage-inspired sound with a "wide open" character – offering a modern, wide range of balanced sound across the frequency spectrum. The pickups can fine-tuned with a single volume/tone control and 5-way pickup selector switch.

For its neck, a 1-piece mahogany neck has been carved to a pattern thin profile and glued into the body in a set-neck fashion. Meeting the body at the 22nd fret, the Custom 24 offers exceptional access to the upper register. The neck is topped with a rosewood fingerboard, crowned with 24 PRS standard fret wire, and is accented with 10 bird inlays made from premium awabi. Strings are loaded through the PRS Patented Tremolo, Gen III bridge which offers expressive vibrato control before being tuned to pitch at the headstock with the PRS Phase III Locking Tuners with Wing Buttons. The PRS Custom 24 comes complete in its PRS hardshell case – keeping it safe at home or on the go.
