PRS SE Custom 24-08 Electric Guitar, Turquoise

The PRS SE Custom 24-08 brings the guitar that started it all for PRS in 1985 to the SE lineup. Sharing various design elements with the standard 24-08, the SE variant brings a refreshed experience to the player with high quality craftsmanship, finishes, and electronics.

The SE Custom 24-08 is constructed from a flame maple veneer top, mahogany body, and set maple neck. The body received a shallow violin top carve and double cutaway design for improved access to the upper register. Its body sports a Turquoise finish, nickel hardware, and white plastics with clear control knobs. The maple neck sports a wide thin profile and is topped with a rosewood fingerboard, 24 standard frets, and Birds inlays. For its voice, a set of PRS TCI "S" humbucking pickups reside in the neck and bridge positions and offer up to 8 different tonal combinations thanks to the 3-way toggle switch and 2 mini-toggle coil-tap switches.

A set of 10-46 gauge strings are loaded through the PRS Patended Tremolo bridge, rest in the nut slots, and are tuned to pitch with the PRS Designed Tuners with Wing Buttons. Complete with a PRS gig bag for safe keeping at home or during travel, the SE Custom 24-08 can be whatever you need it to be, which is why it has stood the test of time.
