Description
Built from a contoured poplar body with a bolt-on maple neck, the PRS SE Silver Sky delivers the reliability and tone that John Mayer demands in the studio and on stage. This left-handed model features a rosewood fingerboard with 22 medium frets and PRS's signature small birds inlays for smooth, comfortable playing. The trad blue finish pairs well with the nickel hardware and white plastics for a classic aesthetic.
For its voice, a pair of 635JM "S" single-coil pickups provide warm, full-bodied vintage-inspired tones with excellent clarity. Sound is controlled with the master volume, two tone controls, and a 5-way pickup selector switch. The PRS 2-Point Steel Tremolo bridge and vintage-style tuners ensure stable tuning and expressive performance.
Strung with PRS 10-46 strings and packed in a protective gig bag, the SE Silver Sky is ready to create right out of the box.
