Description
The PRS Silver Sky is a culmination of meticulous design resulting from the collaboration between Paul Reed Smith and John Mayer. Crafted as a homage to vintage allure blended with cutting-edge innovation, this guitar embodies the essence of a modern masterpiece for today's players.
Constructed with a double-cutaway alder body, the Silver Sky ensures unparalleled comfort during play. Its inverted iconic PRS headstock guarantees consistent tuning and string length, accompanied by vintage-style closed-back tuners featuring PRS locking design for enhanced stability. The steel tremolo bridge with Gen III knife-edge screws allows for precise downward pitch modulation, elevating acoustic resonance and minimizing interference.
Equipped with three custom-designed PRS 635JM single-coil pickups, the Silver Sky delivers Mayer-approved round and full tones. Complemented by a maple neck and rosewood fingerboard, this guitar offers seamless playability for extended sessions. Adorned with classic PRS Small Birds fret inlays, it exudes effortless charm and sophistication.
