The Paranormal Precision Bass Thinline SJ takes the classic Fender bass formula and reimagines it with a resonant semi-hollow design, a distinctive SJ pickup combination, and a 3-way pickup selector for expanded tonal versatility. This Paranormal P-Bass begins with a gloss-finished nyatoh body, shown here in a striking Olive finish. Its semi-hollow construction reduces weight while adding a lively, open voice that promotes enhanced sustain and rich harmonic content. Bolted to the body is a maple neck featuring a comfortable "C"-shaped profile that feels fast and familiar across the full 34" scale length. An Indian laurel fingerboard completes the package, outfitted with narrow-tall frets and pearloid dot inlays for a classic look and smooth playability.

Anchoring the strings is a 4-saddle vintage-style bridge with slotted barrel saddles, designed to maximize vibration transfer and maintain dependable intonation. Up top, the distinctive '51 P Bass-style headstock houses vintage-style tuning machines that provide reliable tuning stability and straightforward adjustments.

A Fender-designed Jazz Bass single-coil pickup occupies the bridge position, while a Fender-designed '51 P Bass single-coil pickup sits at the neck.
