Sterling Music Man Session Series StingRay Bass Guitar, Natural Gloss

Inspired by StingRay models from the '90s and '00's, we have this Sterling Music Man Session Series StingRay in Natural Gloss. Keeping the same StingRay profile with a few modern upgrades, this iteration of the classic 4-string is ready to deliver both on stage and in the studio.

The StingRay is constructed from a solid double-cutaway ash body and bolt-on roasted maple neck. The body sports a natural gloss finish to highlight each examples unique grain patterns. The body is stylized with chrome hardware and a 3-ply black/white/black pickguard. The oil-and-wax roasted maple neck provides smooth feel with its 34-inch scale length. The 11-inch radius fingerboard is crowned with 21 frets. For its sonic voice, the body is loaded with a single Music Man Session Humbucker with a 3-band active preamp. Made from Alnico 5 magnets, the pickup delivers a high output that is punchy and articulate. The bass plays exceptionally well thanks to its 4-saddle bridge, dual action truss rod, compensated nut, and Schaller open gear tuners. The StingRay comes secure in its premium Music Man gig bag.

For a bass that looks as good as it sounds and has been around for decades to prove it, look no further than the Sterling Music Man Session StingRay.
