No strangers to innovation, the good folks over at Taylor guitars have developed one of the most practical acoustic bass options out there – The GS Mini-e Bass. As an addition to their ever-growing GS Mini line, the Taylor GS Mini-e Bass packs a large punching tone into a relatively small footprint. Thanks to a special custom set of D’Addario nylon core strings developed just for this project, the bass has a 23-1/2 inch scale length. This makes for not only a more comfortable playing experience, but for a way more travel-friendly alternative than most other acoustic basses. With a solid Sitka Spruce top, layered Sapele back and sides, and ES-B onboard pickup/preamp system, the Taylor GS Mini-e Bass can be a compact yet powerful addition to your lineup.
