The mahogany top delivers a focused midrange response with a darker, warmer voice compared to the 312ce, while the sapele body adds open projection and a subtle high-end shimmer. Inside, Taylor’s scalloped V-Class bracing enhances sustain, tonal balance, and dynamic responsiveness, producing a surprisingly full and resonant voice from the Grand Concert’s smaller frame.
