This Taylor PS14CE acoustic guitar is a proud offspring of the PS series, renowned for its specifically selected tonewoods and innovative designs. The PS series has consistently pushed the boundaries of what a premium acoustic guitar can deliver, and the PS14CE is made with meticulous attention to detail, boasting a body width of 16", providing a comfortable yet resonant playing experience. The 4-piece Simmons wedge back configuration, complete with a gloss finish, not only enhances the guitar's aesthetic appeal but also contributes to its rich, balanced tone. The inclusion of a beautiful California Vine rosette, complemented by a single ring paua rosette material, adds a touch of artistry to the instrument.

The PS14ce features an armrest and backstrap made from Crelicam Ebony for added playing comfort, while the binding edge treatment and armrest binding showcase a luxurious West African Crelicam Ebony. The bridge inlay, a California Vine design, exemplifies Taylor's commitment to combining visual and sonic elegance. 

The neck of the PS14CE, constructed from Tropical Mahogany, is finished in satin for smooth playability. A West African Crelicam Ebony fretboard sports another California Vine designed fretboard inlay and binding. With 20 frets, a 1-3/4" neck width, and a scarf neck joint, the PS14ce allows for optimal playability across the fretboard.

The PS14CE also comes equipped with V-Class Bracing, and harnesses the power of innovative acoustic design. Gotoh tuners maintain tuning stability, while a Taylor ES2 electronics system accurately captures the guitar's natural tone when amplified.

The PS14ce comes with gloss top finish and a matching gloss backstrap finish. The absence of stain/sunburst allows the natural beauty of the Honduran Rosewood to shine through, while the Taylor Deluxe Hardshell Brown case ensures the instrument is protected with the same level of care invested in its creation.
