For vintage aesthetics and tonality, Taylor gives the Sitka spruce top a torrefied treatment, offering a warm, resonant, played-in musicality that perfectly complements its Antique Blonde gloss finish. The square-shouldered body is formed from neo-tropical mahogany back and sides, providing a focused midrange and a wood-forward, heritage-evoking acoustic sound.
