Description
Looking to get more out of your recording setup? Want to MAXimize your audio quality? Well, you're just in luck, because Universal Audio has unveiled their new line of powerful bus-powered audio interfaces: the Volt Max. This Volt 2 Max ensures professional-grade tracking anywhere you go—compatible with computers, tablets, and mobile devices, bringing UAD's premium tracking to artists and content creators who demand more from a portable audio interface.
This Volt 2 Max boasts microphone and Hi-Z inputs to capture all audio sources, and features two powerful Tone Shaping preamps for two-channel simultaneous recording. With 32-bit / 192 kHz conversion, you can be certain that every take will be detailed and properly captured. Each preamp channel offers three voicing modes for radio-ready tones, and the Max compressor presents six presets for versatile 1176 and LA-2A sweetness that shapes every capture into sonic gold. Better yet, the Smart Display allows for intricate gain settings, and lends powerful algorithms like auto-gain and clip protection to rid digital distortion once and for all. Need more channels? No problem, ADAT and MIDI inputs allow you to expand your recording setup to numbers that can properly capture full bands or special guests on the podcast.
As for outputs, the Volt 2 Max contains stereo monitor outputs and two stereo headphone outputs for easy listening. A loopback monitoring feature also allows for the mixing of device audio with live sources, perfect for streaming, podcasting, and video calls. To make tracking with others a breeze, a built-in microphone allows for communication to the talent through headphone mixes. But the greatest addition to assist with recording is the software suite, including UAD's powerful LUNA digital audio workstation and a package of over 15+ plug-ins and virtual instruments.
It's time to lock-in studio quality recordings with the Universal Audio Volt 2 Max audio interface.
