This Volt 4 Max provides microphone, Hi-Z, and line inputs to capture all audio sources, and boasts two powerful Tone Shaping preamps for two-channel simultaneous recording. With 32-bit / 192 kHz conversion, you can rest assured that every take will be detailed and properly captured. Each preamp channel offers three voicing modes for radio-reminiscent tones, and the Max compressor lends six presets for versatile 1176 and LA-2A leveling that shapes every recording into sonic gold. Additionally, the Smart Display allows for precise gain settings, and provides powerful algorithms like auto-gain and clip protection to rid digital distortion for good. Need more channels? No problem, ADAT and MIDI inputs allow you to expand your recording setup to numbers that can properly capture full bands or special guests on the podcast.
When it comes to outputs, the Volt 4 Max provides stereo monitor outputs, two line level outputs, and two stereo headphone outputs for easy listening.
