The PRS Cosmic Splash utilizes a unique PRS hollowbody design with a maple top and mahogany body paired with a long-scaled maple neck. This neck, extending out to a lengthy 27.7" baritone scale when all's said and done, works well with a PRS rosewood fingerboard lined with custom Ed Sheeran "Media Button" inlays. The Cosmic Splash's sonic engine is driven by a pair of PRS 85/15 "S" humbucking pickups matched with a proprietary PRS/L.R. Baggs Piezo pickup system that brings the honest, acoustic tones of the body's hollow frame to the stage. Perfect for working in articulate lead lines alongside low, bass-adjacent riffs, the PRS Cosmic Splash Hollowbody I Baritone is a great companion for doing everything onstage without swapping instruments.
Part of what makes this limited edition model is so special is its custom art. Translated from Sheeran's own "Cosmic Carpark" series of paintings, the guitar's "Cosmic Splash" finish is a unique take on splatter-style designs. Sheeran's painting is also translated with this guitar with an included eight-inch print of the "Cosmic Carpark" canvas that is signed by the artist himself.
