Every year someone asks me if Gibson is bringing the Junior back. Every year we say, “maybe next year”. But this year, my friend, this is your year. The Junior is back in all of it’s stupid-simple glory. Single P-90, wraparound tailpiece, mahogany slab body. No switches, no saddles, no frills, no wanger-bar. It’s time to trim the fat with the one-pickup wonder. And it’s also time to stop asking if Gibson is gonna do a Junior. They just did.
