Description
Primed for destructive fuzzes and off-the-wall signal splitting, we have the Death By Audio Crossover Fuzz. The Crossover Fuzz, a bold creation from New York's DBA, establishes itself as a brand new take on signal routing with a cantankerously distorted heart and an intelligent, signal-shaping brain. Fans of DBA and all the creativeness they're known for, take notice: this is classic DBA mad science in motion.
The Crossover Fuzz is not your traditional fuzz pedal. At its core, the Crossover Fuzz stakes its claim to fuzz glory with its main attraction: Its ability to split an incoming signal into high and low frequencies and output them separately. This, combined with the Crossover Fuzz's high and low signal-shaping controls, offers unprecedented control over the character of each signal. A dual-band fuzz with independent gains for its high and low signals makes easy work of any incoming signal, resulting in a fuzz that can be a manicured portrait or a demolition derby. DBA's iconic distorted character comes out to play on the Crossover Fuzz for fans of the brand and is sure to please.
The Crossover Fuzz opens the field for players to use the pedal in either mono, mono-to-stereo, stereo-to-mono, and full stereo to come to new, signal-shaping conclusions. This kind of connectivity allows for crazy experimentation with input sources and output destinations for wild new sounds and experiences. In addition to its routing capabilities, expression control and a reactive LED display gives an even deeper playability experience. This is all wrapped up, of course, in DBA's rugged and stylish enclosure sure to last.
With the Crossover Fuzz, fans of Death By Audio's trademark appetite for destruction have yet another wild addition to their collection keep them busy. It's always a trip when you take the high road and the low road at the same time!
