Description
The Shure Beta 87C is a premium vocal microphone that delivers studio-quality performance and a smooth, wide frequency response in a handheld cardioid condenser design that’s backed by Shure’s superior build quality and reliability.
The Beta Series from Shure is an industry-standard for musicians worldwide. The Beta 87C’s uniform pick-up pattern allows you to reach maximum gain without feedback. And the microphone’s tailored frequency response and controlled proximity effect present a warm, detailed, and natural sounding vocal.
Shure’s Beta Series of microphones are extremely wear-resistant. Constructed with a hardened-steel mesh grille for unrivaled ruggedness and durability, the Beta 87C is designed to withstand the harsh and unpredictable conditions of live performance, touring, and recording applications.
Shure also took several steps to ensure minimal bleed and feedback with the Beta 87C. Its 3-stage, built-in pop filter quiets unwanted breath noises and wind, while the uniform cardioid pattern rejects off-axis sounds. Additionally, the Beta 87C’s advanced shock mount system minimizes handling noise and absorbs mechanical shock.
In-the-box comes the Shure Beta 87C condenser, an A25D swivel adapter so your microphone fits on any mic stand, and a 26B21 carrying/storage bag to protect your purchase when not in-use.
