This 2023 Gibson Custom Shop 1964 SG Standard Reissue is a faithful reproduction of the highly sought-after 1964 Gibson SG. Painstakingly crafted with a mahogany body, Medium C neck, and Custombucker Alnico III pickups, this guitar produces rich, dynamic tones. It showcases authentic '64-style hardware, such as a replaced Tune-O-Matic bridge and vintage-style tuners, and has been expertly aged by the Murphy Lab to achieve a lightly aged appearance. This SG Reissue stands as a timeless masterpiece. Notably, Brian Fallon of The Gaslight Anthem used this guitar during a portion of the 2023 History Books Tour. This 2023 Gibson Custom Shop Murphy Lab Light Aged 1964 SG Standard is in Excellent Condition. The aging done to the guitar is prominent, but there are no blemishes that aren't intentional.
