The Benson Amps Germanium Boost produces a beautifully full volume and presence boost with expanded headroom and precise control. The added headroom designed into the Germanium Boost allows for larger jumps in volume without tube breakup. Benson's work with this Germanium Boost relies on a single germanium transistor for its all its heavy lifting, and with one dial that runs from zero to ten, there is little left to say. This boost pedal makes an easy addition to any board for tight volume control or room-filling volume boost.
