The Plus Sustain by Gamechanger Audio is a great pedal for your board for building lush soundscapes. This device works great for atmospheric layering in the studio, or for building ambience live while other members of the band tune their instruments or leave the stage. Acting like a piano or keyboard's sustain pedal, you can layer your guitar and hold notes out for periods of time. The foot pedal itself has multiple functions, but the pedal also features controls for blend, sustain, rise, and tails.

The pedal is in excellent condition. There is Velcro adhered to the bottom of the unit.
