Gretsch Broadkaster LX Center Block w/ String-Thru Bigsby Electric Guitar, Cadillac Green

Ready, willing, and able, the Gretsch Broadkaster LX Center Block takes center stage for a thrilling semi-hollow experience. Redesigned from the inside out, this Broadkaster LX Center Block is a forward-thinking Gretsch ready for modern styles of playing.

Part of Gretsch's Professional Collection, the Broadkaster LX is a bold semi-hollow for the stage. At the heart of this Broadkaster is a redesigned body with deep cutaways and an improved access to higher frets. Arched laminated maple makes up this Broadkaster's body alongside a newly designed Channel Core center block made from maple and spruce. Enhancing the guitar's overall attack and projection, the center block is a pivotal improvement to the classic center block formula.

From here, this Gretsch moves on to a Standard "U"-shaped maple neck paired with a twelve-inch ebony fingerboard. Together, these two elements make this guitar seamlessly playable for fast and fluid riffage. Twenty-two Medium Jumbo frets feature pearloid Neo-Classic Thumbnail inlays for a classy visual element.

Aligning with the body's newly designed center block, this Gretsch loads in two Pro Twin Six humbucking pickups. These two humbuckers produce plenty of heat and punch to cut through mixes and make statements onstage. Wired with individual volume controls for each pickup, a treble bleed circuit, and a no-load tone control with a Squeezebox capacitor, these electronics are expressive and offer a wide range of tones to sift through.

Playability of these pickups is compounded with a fine hardware setup. A string-thru Bigsby B7GP vibrato tailpiece plays alongside an Adjusto-Matic bridge for sturdy intonation with deep vibrato bends on tap. Gotoh locking tuners align at the scale's opposite end with a Graph Tech TUSQ XL nut, ensuring precise intonation. This Gretsch travels with an included G6267 hardshell case for bringing this semi-hollow everywhere and anywhere.

A star on any stage, this Broadkaster LX Center Block is a dream for Gretsch fans universally.
