Gretsch is celebrating its 140th anniversary in a big way. Two times the platinum, with plenty of guitars. This is the Limited Edition G5230T-140 Electromatic 140th Anniversary Jet.
This special double platinum Jet is ready to rev its riff engines and take off to any musical destination of your choosing. Decked out from top to bottom with classic Gretsch style and functionality, this guitar knows no sonic nor playable bounds. Two FT-5E pickups are ready to warmly soar with clarity and a vast dynamic range. A thin shaped “U” mahogany neck makes for speedy trips up and down, all the while maintaining comfort and ease. Its Bigsby B50 can help change course if necessary, with bobbing, warbly vibrato textures. This fresh Jet is set to fly directly towards whatever tone zone its pilot desires head on, turning heads, catching eyes, and captivating ears doing so.
