Designed for those seeking a real vintage-style rock ‘n’ roll experience, this Kauer Banshee Standard model electric guitar is thoroughly outfitted for such a trip. With its classic TV Yellow finish, reminiscent of the rough-around-the-edges kind of musicality made famous across generations, this Banshee is a classic experience incarnate from the modern era.

This Kauer Banshee Standard begins with a reverse-offset body fashioned from Spanish mahogany. An exceptional baseline, the tonewood makes for an excellent, light and balanced body. The Spanish mahogany features a distinct TV Yellow finish that captures the aesthetics of generations passed for players partial to such eras. This body is both an attention-grabbing aesthetic spectacle and a homegrown sonic engine from which the rest of this Kauer experience blooms. Spanish mahogany can also be found as this guitar’s three-piece neck in a Standard C profile, perfect for inspiring quick trips from higher to lower registers. The neck measures .087” thick at the first fret and .97” thick at the twelfth fret when felt across the full scale. This comfortable neck is matched with a wenge fingerboard fitted with twenty-two frets with a very modern 12” fingerboard radius, perfect for inspiring dynamic playing across the full scale length. With Jescar 47095NS fret wire, the length of this Banshee Standard is exceptionally playable and makes for a wholly unique experience across the fingers. Black pickup covers, black neck binding and a tortoiseshell pickguard land on this model for three unique visual flourishes.

Tonally, this Banshee Standard comes to life with two Lollar 50s Wind P90 pickups. These rich and refined tone machines burst with fantastic P90 style for any player to wield for their next musical undertaking. These electronics come designed with two volume and two tone controls with a three-way pickup selector switch to mix through a spectrum of exceptional electric tones. Falling in line with this Banshee’s rocking personality, the electronics breathe with a similar sentiment of attention-grabbing, boundary pushing musicality.

Further appointments to this offset include its 5mm Center Dot inlays and Rickard Banjo tuning machines. These tuners match with the body’s TonePros Tune-o-Matic bridge and Stop Tail tailpiece to ensure solid intonation and easy string changes. Across the full length of this Banshee, one will find consistent intonation and stability to further contribute to an overall streamlined playing experience. This Kauer travels with a Mono guitar case for safety and easy transport.

As a guitar that effectively bridges classic and modern eras of playing, this Banshee Standard delivers on so many different fronts to result in a completely satisfying instrument. Drawing on generations of style while setting its own course for the future, this Kauer is a treasure all its own.
